3 Day Refund of Initial Purchase Policy

At Beyond Rabbit Ears (BRE), we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. We offer refunds when certain conditions are met. First, we will do everything we can to help you fix your problem. If we are unable to fix your issue, then we can offer you a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

However, we will not offer a refund if you suddenly have a change of mind about our subscription. We highly recommend you purchase a 36 HR trial first before purchasing a full subscription, to make sure our service works for you. Furthermore, we encourage feedback from you so we can learn what went wrong and how we can improve.

Please note that the 3-day refund policy is only applicable for the “1 user one month” product. Refunds are not available for our 36 HR trials. Refunds are also not offered for automatic recurring payments. If you wish to disable automatic payments, you can submit a cancellation request through your account or remove your credit card from file.
