We provide Prepaid IPTV subscription services. Each subscription is intended for use on one device only. Using multiple devices on a single subscription may cause service disruptions. Repeated attempts to use more than one device simultaneously may lead to the termination of your subscription.

If you plan to use Picture-in-Picture (PIP) or share your subscription with your family, we recommend considering our Family Plan, which offers up to 5 connections. Additional connections can be added to your account by purchasing individual connections separately.

Issues like freezing, buffering, and content unavailability can occur with any IPTV service. Channels and Video on Demand (VOD) content in our packages may be updated, changed, or removed without prior notice. We provide support to our IPTV Resellers for panel-related issues. Subscription details are typically sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after payment. Clients are responsible for understanding how IPTV operates.

We perform server maintenance periodically, which may occur at any time, with no fixed duration.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted IPTV experience.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

You are not required to notify us if you plan to cancel or pause your subscription.

If you decide to pause your subscription, it will cease at the end of your current subscription period. No additional payment is necessary for subscription cancellation or pausing.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We guarantee that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be active for the agreed-upon period. For any server-related issues, content interruptions, or non-functioning content, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the problems. We do not sell IPTV boxes; clients are responsible for obtaining their own (if needed).

If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription and wish to modify your plan (e.g., add more time or connections), you can contact us within five days of the purchase, and we will assist you.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through Credit/Debit cards and Bitcoin payment gateways. Payment failures can occur for various reasons; please reach out to us for a detailed explanation if your payment fails. For billing or support inquiries, please use our website’s client portal to contact us.

By using our service, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, you are not permitted to access our service. We reserve the right to cancel any payment if it is determined to be unpaid.
